The club’s CEO, Matthias Tillmann, has praised the trainer for his decisive approach and clear vision, which have turned former relegation candidates into promotion contenders.
Muslic took charge of Schalke when the team was struggling near the bottom of the table. His arrival marked a shift in direction, bringing what Tillmann describes as 'absolute clarity'—a coach who knows exactly what he wants and acts with conviction. Under his guidance, the club now leads the league by three points.
