SBI Ripple Asia Teams With Doppler Finance to Boost XRP Adoption in Japan
SBI Ripple Asia and Doppler Finance have signed a partnership to expand XRP-based financial solutions. The deal, announced on 17 December 2025, marks the first time SBI Ripple Asia has teamed up with an XRP Ledger-native protocol. The focus will be on yield products and real-world asset tokenisation, aiming to boost institutional adoption of XRP in Japan.
The two firms formalised their collaboration with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Their joint effort will develop yield infrastructure and tokenise real-world assets on the XRP Ledger. Doppler Finance, known for its regulatory-compliant yield solutions, has already built a strong reputation among institutions and major exchanges.
The partnership will expand XRP’s use in institutional finance, particularly in yield generation and asset tokenisation. With SBI Digital Markets overseeing custody, the initiative aims to set a benchmark for secure, compliant digital asset integration. The move further establishes Japan as a leading hub for blockchain-based financial innovation.
