Entrepreneurs Can Now Get Consultations in the MAX Messenger on Any Sberbank Business Product or Service—No Need to Be a Client

Sberbank launches business support via MAX messaging platform

Business owners can now receive expert advice on Sberbank's full range of products and services directly through the MAX messaging app, even if they are not yet bank customers. Support specialists will answer general inquiries, and if authentication is required, users will be prompted to switch to the SberBusiness mobile app or web platform. No confidential or personal data will need to be shared in the messenger.

For general questions, there's no need to log into SberBusiness or call the contact center—MAX provides up-to-date information on our entire product lineup quickly and clearly. Sber sees significant potential in the messenger for deeper integration with our services, including AI-driven solutions. We view MAX as a strategically important platform for customer interaction and will continue to develop our chat capabilities there."
