The federal state of Bremen will be represented by Kawus Kalantar, a comedian who was born in Bremen in 1990 to Iranian parents. Kawus, who attended school on Witzlebenstraße, has been touring with his comedy program "Witzlebenstraße" since mid-September.

Claudius Pläging will be representing Hesse, and Helene Bockhorst will be the comedian representing Rhineland-Palatinate. In North Rhine-Westphalia, Laura Brümmer will be the contestant, while Maria Clara Groppler will be representing Brandenburg.
In the north, Benni Stark will be representing Schleswig-Holstein, and Miss Allie will be the comedian representing Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Lastly, Teresa Reichl will be representing Bavaria in the contest.
