AN IMPASSIONED APPEAL

We, the resilient denizens of blocks 9, 11, and Molodezhnaya in the Garden Partnership "Satyl", find ourselves in dire straits due to the incarceration of our land plots located 13 km along the Namsky Highway, precipitated by a criminal case against the chairman of SNT "Satyl", Shadrin VS.

It's crucial that you acknowledge we have been grappling with the reclassification of our lands, as changes made to the General Plan of the "City of Yakutsk" municipal district in November 2023 redesignated our lands as the "garden partnerships" functional zone. Yet, in October 2024, the "City of Yakutsk" municipal administration deemed us "self-settlers" and initiated legal action against us, demanding the demolition of our homes and the liberation of our lands.

We could submit counterclaims for the acquisition of our land plots from the municipality, but the aforementioned incarceration prevents us from doing so.

To safeguard our land rights, we beseech you to provide aid in lifting the incarceration on the land plots with the following cadastral numbers: 14:35:109001:615; 14:35:109001:760; 14:35:109001:405.

With faith in your assistance, we implore your aid.
