Sarah Jessica Parker admits she has not watched the TV show "Sex and the City" she starred in.

Sarah Jessica Parker, universally recognized for her role as Carrie Bradshaw in the iconic series "Sex and the City" (SATC), has disclosed that she has scarcely watched the show or its spin-off, "And Just Like That...". In an interview with E! News, the actress admitted, "Oh my god, no. I don't watch it, I've never seen it."

Parker's children, twins Tabitha and Marion, and son James Wilkie, are reportedly not acquainted with the series due to their young age. James, who attended the premiere of "And Just Like That...", started watching the show but has since been occupied with schoolwork.

Parker expressed that she prioritizes being remembered as a loving parent over her acting role. However, she left room for the possibility that her children might one day engage with the series and find comfort in it. She noted, "It's a whole different way to see a parent."

Since 2002, Parker has been a devoted mother, alongside her husband, Matthew Broderick. Her literary pursuits have grown increasingly significant, with her serving as a judge for the Booker Prize. This demanding role often requires her to read up to two books a day, a commitment she finds both intense and rewarding.

Currently, "And Just Like That..." is ongoing, with the third season premiering in Germany on May 30. Despite her busy literary schedule, Parker's "Sex and the City" legacy lives on, veering her away from fully revisiting her acting work on screen.

Other entertainment, such as movies-and-tv shows, may not interest Sarah Jessica Parker as much as her prioritizing being known as a loving parent. However, she leaves open the possibility that her children might find comfort in engaging with the "Sex and the City" series in the future.
