Preparation:

  1. Put the pretzels in a medium-sized resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin to make medium-sized pieces.
  2. Break the Graham Cracker sheets into a separate medium-sized resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are in medium-sized pieces too.
  3. Microwave 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for 30 seconds or until it's melted.
  4. In two 8-ounce glasses, layer 1/4 cup of crushed pretzels at the bottom, then add a quarter of Sabra's dark chocolate spread, a quarter of marshmallow fluff, a quarter of crushed Graham Crackers, another quarter of Sabra's dark chocolate spread, and a quarter of mini-marshmallows. Add two tablespoons of peanut butter on top.
  5. Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the mini-marshmallows from about 20-25 cm away. After about 10-20 seconds, the marshmallows should turn golden brown. Turn the glass half way to ensure all the marshmallows are toasted.
  6. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and enjoy!

Additional Ideas:

For a faster vegan snack, consider making microwave chocolate marshmallow treats using zipper storage bags, Graham Crackers, mini-marshmallows, and dessert toppings such as chocolate chips or sprinkles.

If you're short on time, try making indulgent 30-minute microwave desserts using simple ingredients, like microwave brownies or single-serve mug cakes.

For a special occasion, roll out sugar cookie dough using a rolling pin and cut out shapes with cookie cutters before baking and decorating with frosting and sprinkles.

Opt for healthier alternatives like hummus and vegetable dip with sliced carrots, cucumbers, or bell peppers.

Keep leftover snacks or sweets in reusable snack bags for easy access and to keep them fresh for the next indulgent moment.
