On the border shared with Belarus, 246 Russian and Ukrainian soldiers found their way back to their stations, according to a Russian Defense Ministry announcement. As a kind gesture, 31 injured POWs were handed over in return for 15 wounded Russian soldiers needing immediate medical care, the statement added.
