Hey there! Guess what's going down? Vlad the Vlad, er, I mean, Russian President Vladimir Putin, has offered to hop in and help sort out the beef between Iran and the 'Merica over the nuclear situation. That's right, happenin' talks are on the table, but they've hit a roadblock. Putin's stepping up, using his tight-knit partnership with Tehran, where he's serving as a peace broker of sorts.

According to the Kremlin, Putin is all for using this close friendship to contribute to resolving the Iranian nuclear issue. What gave this away, you ask? Well, Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin's spokesman, spilled the beans during a chat with journalists in Moscow.

Donald "Make America great again" Trump worked in some commentary on the matter after having a phone call with Putin. Trump said that Putin extended an invite to join the conversation regarding the Iranian nuclear program. Trump's accusing Iran of dragging its feet in response to the U.S.'s proposed nuclear deal.

Back in April, Washington and Tehran began jawing about a new agreement to replace the international nuclear deal between Iran and the U.S., which Trump nixed during his first term back in 2018. They've already had five rounds of discussions.

Now, let's take this ride down Politics Lane

Word on the street is, if this new US deal goes nowhere, Israel might be lining up to take out Iran's nuclear facilities. On Monday, Trump announced that the United States government wouldn't tolerate any uranium enrichment coming out of Iran. However, Iran considers its uranium enrichment a right for civilian purposes, particularly for energy production. But Ayatollah Ali Khamenei ain't here for the U.S.'s demands, declaring that the U.S. has no say in Iran's uranium enrichment. What's more, Russia and Iran have been tightening their military bonds following Russia's military push in Ukraine.
