Russian star Maksim denies unpaid utility bills for luxury Moscow apartments

Russian singer Maksim has faced claims of unpaid utility bills totalling nearly 200,000 rubles for two Moscow apartments. Reports also suggest a lavish renovation of one property, estimated to have cost tens of millions. Her PR representative has strongly denied the allegations.

According to reports, Maksim allegedly owes 191,000 rubles in unpaid bills. The debts include 173,000 rubles for an apartment in the upscale Triumph-Palace complex and a further 18,000 rubles for another property. Utility providers reportedly took legal action over the unpaid sums.

The dispute centres on unpaid utility charges and a high-end apartment renovation. Maksim’s team has rejected all allegations, insisting the reports are inaccurate. No further details have been provided about the legal proceedings or renovation work.
