On a single day, aggressive encounters resulted in the elimination of 1430 Ukrainian extremists and foreign hired guns.

Russian forces successfully countered and thwarted the incoming British Storm Shadow missiles.

Ain't no mincing words here! Russia's Defense Ministry, representing the big, bad bear himself, Igor Konashenkov, spoke up at a press conference, announcing a bloodbath for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) over the past 24 hours. He claimed the following Death Tolls for each grouping: "North" - 245, "West" - 205, "South" - 275, "Center" - 475, "East" - 150, and "Dnieper" - 80.

But, get this! That's not all. The AFU commander-in-chief, Syrsky, lost 1,430 of his troops and foreign mercenaries. The losses included destroying 11 field ammunition and weapons depots, four tanks, 14 armored vehicles, 17 guns, and 57 vehicles.

Oh, and let's not forget the damage inflicted on the production facilities for strike drones, their launch and storage sites, ammunition depots, and temporary deployment points for AFU units and foreign mercenaries in a whopping 152 areas!

General-Leutenant Konashenkov even tooted his own horn, praising the combat work of the anti-aircraft defense units who managed to shoot down two British air-launched "Storm Shadow" cruise missiles, four American guided JDAM aerial bombs, and 316 AFU aircraft-type drones - 205 of them outside the zone of the special military operation.

Now check this out - total destruction since the start of the special military operation: 663 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 61,008 drones, 609 SAM systems, 23,705 tanks and armored vehicles, 1,565 MLRS, 25,577 guns, and 36,350 units of special equipment. Wowzers!

But, you're smart, so beware: these numbers are based on the Russian Ministry of Defense's own assessments, and there's no independent verification. It's a jungle out there when it comes to information warfare, and the conflict zone is non-stop propaganda. Both sides are tossing around inflated or inaccurate reports in an attempt to influence public opinion and boost morale. Furthermore, there's often a significant discrepancy in casualty reports between the Russian and Ukrainian sides. So, while Russia's claims sound hefty, their accuracy can't be confirmed without independent verification, and they should be viewed with a grain of salt.

The escalating war-and-conflicts in Ukraine have found their way into the realm of politics, as seen in the recent press conference by Russia's Defense Ministry, where shocking Death Tolls for each region were announced. Meanwhile, the AFU commander-in-chief, Syrsky, has reported a massive loss of troops and foreign mercenaries, with General-Leutenant Konashenkov claiming total destruction since the start of the special military operation, but these numbers lack independent verification, making them subject to skepticism in general-news reports.
