Russian Deputy Hopes for Swift End to Ukraine Operation

Bulavinov's relatives in Luhansk faced severe hardships prior to the special election. They were forced to live in basements due to the escalating conflict, which Bulavinov described as a 'full genocide'.

The situation in Luhansk has improved since the start of the special election, according to Bulavinov. Locals are grateful to Russia for the change in conditions, indicating a shift in the atmosphere.

Bulavinov, who served as the mayor of Nizhny Novgorod, believes the special election was necessary and inevitable. Despite this, he wishes for the election to end as soon as possible.
