Russia Deploys Drones and Robots to Outmaneuver Ukrainian Forces on Krasnoarmeysk Front

The Russian military has deployed ground robots and drones to create smoke screens and disrupt Ukrainian forces along the Krasnoarmeysk axis. The 'Center' group of forces has been using these robotic complexes to mask troop movements and lay ambushes, providing cover for advancing assault units.

Operators of the Kurier ground robotic complexes have been creating aerosol screens in designated sectors, concealing troop movements and deploying anti-tank mines within a 19-kilometer radius. Assault units then proceed to clear out enemy strongholds. Combat engineers can also deploy decoy aerosol screens to mislead the enemy command. In addition, smoke screens are laid ahead of enemy positions using drones to shield infantry units.

Drone operators, linked via fiber optics, set up ambushes on city approaches, disrupting enemy rotations and launching attacks on Ukrainian militants. This strategy maintains the necessary offensive tempo, allowing assault units to advance deep into enemy defenses. Precision strikes are delivered by artillery and drone units on detected enemy positions and personnel, after the area is covered in artificial fog. Large enemy concentrations are targeted by assault aircraft crews flying Su-25 jets, using air-to-ground missiles.

The use of ground robots and drones by the Russian military has proven effective in creating confusion and disrupting Ukrainian forces along the Krasnoarmeysk axis. This approach has allowed assault units to methodically advance and maintain the tempo of the offensive.
