Former Viva Moderator as 'Dialect Coach' - Russell Crowe Praises German Dialect Coach Nova Meierhenrich for 'Nuremberg' Role
Hollywood actor Russell Crowe has praised German dialect 'coach' Nova Meierhenrich for her work on his upcoming film 'Nuremberg'. Meierhenrich, known for her career at VIVA, served as Crowe's dialect 'coach' for the role of Hermann Goering.
Crowe met Meierhenrich in Germany in the early 2000s and later invited her to work on 'Nuremberg'. The film, set to hit US theaters in November, also stars Rami Malek as US psychiatrist Douglas Kelley. Meierhenrich is credited as 'Dialect Coach for Mr. Crowe' in the film.
Crowe, who has previously worked with dialect 'coaches' for films like 'Gladiator', praised Meierhenrich for her dedication. He said she didn't let him get away with 'a single false syllable'. The pair worked together for four months in Budapest during the filming of 'Nuremberg'.
Meierhenrich's expertise in German dialects has been instrumental in helping Crowe prepare for his role in 'Nuremberg'. The film promises to offer a unique perspective on the Nuremberg trials, with Crowe's performance enhanced by Meierhenrich's coaching.
