Ticket prices at Rudolstadt Festival remain stable - Rudolstadt Festival 2026 Spotlights Austria With Unchanged Food Prices and New Venues

The Rudolstadt Festival has announced plans for its 2026 edition, keeping festival foods prices unchanged. Running from 2 to 5 July, the main event will spotlight Austrian music, with around ten ensembles taking part. Among the performers are RIAN, a key figure in Vienna’s Dudler tradition, and Agnes Palmisano.

The 34th festival will feature roughly 300 acts from over 30 countries. Organisers expect strong interest after last year’s event drew 90,000 visitors.

Tickets for the 2026 festival go on sale on 6 December. A full four-day season pass will remain at €132, the same as previous years. In 2025, around 20,000 attendees purchased these passes.

Construction work in Rudolstadt has led to new venues being added for 2026. Despite this, more than 20 stages will still operate across the town. The festival will also host one of Blowzabella’s final international shows before the English folk group retires.

Austria takes centre stage in the 2026 programme. Alongside RIAN and Palmisano, the lineup includes a mix of traditional and contemporary acts. The festival’s artistic director highlighted the country’s rich folk heritage as a key theme for the year.

The 2026 Rudolstadt Festival runs from 2 to 5 July, with tickets available from early December. Season passes cost €132, matching last year’s pricing. With expanded venues and a focus on Austria, organisers aim to build on the event’s growing popularity. You can find more about this and other festivals near me on eventbrite.
