Royal Ladies Gather: Princess Kate, Melania Trump with Boy Scouts at Windsor Event
In a picturesque setting, Princess Kate and First Lady Melania Trump participated in a memorable meeting with a group of young Scouts, aged four to five, in the early 2020s. The event, which took place at Frogmore Gardens of Windsor Castle, was also attended by the Prime Minister and his wife, as well as Scout Chief Dwayne Fields.
The meeting, which was reported by the British "Daily Mail" and other media outlets, was filled with engaging activities. Photos from the event show the Prime Minister and his wife waving at the camera hand in hand with Trump, while Princess Kate and Melania were seen building an insect hotel and painting pictures with the children.
A picnic in the garden and a gathering with the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts were also part of the day's events. Badges were presented to the young scouts, with Melania giving away honey from the White House and receiving a Scout scarf from Chief Scout Fields.
The meeting seemed friendly, with the two women appearing relaxed and at ease. They laughed together and Melania smiled often during the event. Princess Kate wore a forest-green suede jacket, brown skirt, and a scarf for the meeting, while Melania donned a light suede jacket with white pants and flat pumps, complemented by knee-high brown boots.
The day before, a formal state banquet took place at Windsor Castle, where Princess Kate sat next to Donald Trump (79) at the event. Queen Camilla (78) visited the castle library and the dollhouse "Queen Mary's Dolls' House" with Melania Trump.
The meeting between Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer (63) and his wife Victoria (52) at Chequers, the traditional country residence of the Prime Minister, seemed cordial.
It is worth noting that Princess Kate and the Duke of Kent (89) have been President of the Scout Association in the United Kingdom since 2020. This commitment to the Scouts was evident in their active participation in the meeting with Melania Trump and the young Scouts.
