"Rosseti Sibir' restored power supply in five regions of the Krasnoyarsk Krai following the weather-related incident"
Power Restoration Continues Across Krasnoyarsk Region 💡️
Rossetsi Sibir is battling on to minimize the aftermath of the storm that swept through Krasnoyarsk Krai in the early hours of June 22. Round-the-clock and non-stop efforts are in full swing to restore power to Niжneингашск, Абанск, Канск, Dzerzhinsk, and Taseevsk rayons, already restoring electricity supply.
Current activities focus on the Irbeisk rayon 35kV power transmission line. Reservoir power sources have been activated in five Irbeisk rayon settlements. In the Saian rayon, the team is repairing 10kV power transmission lines - work is underway in three settlements (Sovkhoznoyi, Bлагоdatka, and Tinskoi).
Every available resource of the branch is engaged in theserestoration efforts. Thirty teams from KrаsnoyarskEnergo are on the job, comprising 114 energy workers and 36 specialized vehicles.
The experts are currently repairing airborne power transmission lines spanning close to 40 kilometers, traversing the taiga and swampy terrain. Access to remote power transmission lines is often obstructed by massive trees felled by the storm, complicating the work of the teams and specialized vehicles.
Let's remind you, the main damage was inflicted on the eastern and south-eastern regions of the krai. The KrаsnoyarskEnergo branch is operating under special conditions, and the situation is under control with the Operational Headquarters of Rossetsi Sibir.
Restoration work continues, with no respite until full power supply is restored.

🔍️ Discussing the Extent of Power Restoration Efforts:Despite the ongoing efforts, the precise extent of power restoration work in specific regions, such as Irbeisk, Saian, and the 35kV and 10kV power lines, remains unclear. For up-to-date information on the status of power restoration, one should turn to official communications from RosSETSI Sibir, local news outlets, or regional emergency services. Based on historical data, affected parties tend to prioritize critical power infrastructure, focusing on the repair of essential 35kV and 10kV feeders before restoring power to other areas.
- In the midst of power restoration efforts, it's crucial to consult official communications from RosSETSI Sibir, local news outlets, or regional emergency services for the latest updates on the status of power restoration in specific regions like Irbeisk, Saian, and the 35kV and 10kV power lines.
- As the restoration work progresses, attention should be paid to the repair of critical power infrastructure, such as 35kV and 10kV feeders, often prioritized over other areas due to their importance in the overall power supply network.
- In the ongoing battle to restore power, the repair and maintenance of airborne power transmission lines, spanning nearly 40 kilometers and traversing challenging terrain like the taiga and swamps, require environmental science and weather forecasting knowledge to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the task. Understanding the climate-change impacts on weather patterns is essential to prepare for potential obstacles during the power restoration process and prevent further disruptions in the future.
