Rosa Klöser Crowned GES Champion; Wout Alleman Wins Debut Race

The event saw thrilling performances from both men and women, with Rosa Klöser (Canyon Factory Racing) securing the overall series title for elite women and Wout Alleman (Buff Megamo) winning the men's race on his first appearance.

The women's race began at 7:45 a.m., with the men following 55 minutes later. The course offered challenging conditions with 1,930 metres of climbing, rocky sections, and technical trails, but the weather was fast and dry.

Rosa Klöser broke away on a solo effort to win the women's race in 5:29:41. Morgan Aguirre finished second and secured third overall in the GES series. Sarah Sturm took third place in the race and placed fifth in the series standings.

In the men's race, Wout Alleman outsprinted Magnus Bak Klaris (PAS Racing) at the line to win in 4:42:59. This victory was Alleman's first in a series event. Klaris, despite finishing second, was crowned elite men's champion of the GES.

The Ranxo Gravel race concluded the Gravel Earth Series 2025. Rosa Klöser's consistent performance throughout the series earned her the overall title in the elite women's category. Wout Alleman's impressive debut and victory have marked him as a strong contender for future series events. The series concluded with exciting races and remarkable performances from all participants.
