Rookie Dillon Gabriel to Start for Browns in London

The Cleveland Browns are set to make another change at quarterback. Rookie Dillon Gabriel will make his first NFL start this Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings in London. This will be the fifth different starting QB in just 10 games for the Browns.

Coach Kevin Stefanski has decided to bench Joe Flacco, who struggled in the first four games. Flacco was surprised by the switch but understands the evaluation process in the NFL. Gabriel, selected in the third round of April's draft, has seen action in two games this season and impressed during the preseason. He led the Browns to either a touchdown or field goal on five of his seven drives.

The Browns offense has been struggling this season, ranking 27th in total yards, 20th in passing, and 30th in rushing. They are also next-to-last in scoring, averaging just 14 points per game. Gabriel, previously a quarterback at the University of Oregon, is excited for his first start but remains focused on doing his job at a high level.
