Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc.'s Service Center Division (SCD) is on the hunt for a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team in Hybrid Warrendale, PA. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating service activities, ensuring service operations run smoothly, and supporting field technicians.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Ensuring site readiness by confirming that technicians hold necessary credentials and meet safety compliance for each job site.
  • Streamlining returns by issuing Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for equipment returns and coordinating logistics.
  • Managing maintenance contracts and ensuring that preventative maintenance work is completed on schedule.
  • Generating and distributing work orders for all service activities and coordinating third-party equipment and logistics for site testing and start-ups.
  • Facilitating deliveries by working with MEPPI logistics and customers to schedule deliveries for large service-related shipments.
  • Managing and coordinating service activities, including scheduling and documentation, technician support, and invoicing.
  • Supporting partners by issuing paperwork and coordinating payments for completed service work provided by authorized service providers (ASPs).
