Noel Gallagher Releases Exclusive Artwork to Support Teenage Cancer Trust

Renowned musician Noel Gallagher, best known for his work with Oasis, has created a unique piece of artwork to raise funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust. This is the second time Gallagher has collaborated with The Connor Brothers for this noble cause, following their first project, You Can Have It All, in 2022.

The artwork, titled "Sunday Is Boring," consists of two pieces, each reimagined as print editions. Inspired by Gallagher's own home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the artwork features photographed images of his sons' bedroom doors that he sticker-bombed during the lockdown.

One version of the artwork will be limited to 300 unsigned prints, priced at £100 each, while another version will be limited to 100 prints, each hand-signed by Noel, priced at £750 each. All proceeds from the sales will go directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Oasis' music will also be featured in the reissue of War Child's 1995 charity album 'Help' in celebration of its 30th anniversary. The band will play two extra shows at Wembley Stadium at the end of this month, and after the UK shows, they will tour in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil before the end of the year.

Jane Ashton, Head of Music and Entertainment at Teenage Cancer Trust, expressed her gratitude towards Noel Gallagher and The Connor Brothers for their collaboration. "We are incredibly grateful to Noel Gallagher and The Connor Brothers for their continued support of Teenage Cancer Trust," she said. "Their artwork not only raises vital funds for our services but also helps to shine a light on the needs of young people facing cancer."

The artwork will go on sale today (September 18) at 5pm BST exclusively on the platform Sunday Is Boring. For more information, visit this link. This news is not related to advertisements or sponsored content.

The 'Hurt' charity compilation album, recorded in a single day in September 1995 to raise funds for children affected by the Bosnian conflict, is another example of the music industry's commitment to charitable causes. Brian Eno mastered the original album, and John Squire created its artwork.

In conclusion, Noel Gallagher's latest artwork collaboration aims to raise funds and awareness for the Teenage Cancer Trust, adding another chapter to the long history of the music industry's charitable efforts.
