The death certificate, filed with a London registrar's office, also revealed that Osbourne had been battling coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease. The document was submitted by his daughter, Aimee Osbourne.
Osbourne's final concert took place in his hometown of Birmingham weeks before his death. The legendary musician performed seated on a black throne, much to the delight of his fans who mourned his loss last week.
