Football icon Robert Lewandowski has achieved another landmark milestone, moving into third place among the all-time highest goal scorers in Europe's top five leagues. During Barcelona's win over Sevilla, Lewandowski scored twice, taking his overall total to an impressive 366 goals in major European domestic competitions, surpassing German striker Gerd Müller's record.

Robert Lewandowski Bulldozes History with Barcelona's 2-1 Victory Over Sevilla

Robert Lewandowski Ascends to Third-Ranked Goalscorer in European League Championships

Well, hell, look who's writing another chapter in their damn football career! Robbie-boy Lewandowski just can't seem to stop shattering records. The bloody man added another milestone to his already overflowing trophy cabinet, becoming the third-bloody-highest goal scorer in the history of Europe's top five leagues.

In Barcelona's 2-1 win over Sevilla, our beloved Robbie pumped in a couple more goals, taking his total tally to 366 fecking goals in major European domestic competitions. That's right, he passed the legendary German striker, Gerd Mueller. Not bad for a guy who's still got a few more years on the pitch, eh?

If you're wondering where he's plied his trade besides Barcelona, let me enlighten you. Robbie joined the Catalan giants back in 2022, but he's been lighting it up for other clubs, too. At Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, he was racking up goals left and right. Can't say I'm surprised, though, the bloke can bloody finish.

Funny thing is, he's now tied with Jimmy Greaves, the English striker known for his murderous scoring rate at Tottenham Hotspur. Both lads share the third spot in the all-time rankings. Well, fancy that!

You Don't Say?

Robbie's consistency is downright absurd, my friend. While there's a significant gap between him and the top two goal scorers, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, it's not impossible for him to reach incredible heights.

Messi sits at the top with 496 goals, closely followed by Ronaldo boasting 495. But our Robbie's been showing some impressive form of late, and if he keeps it up, hitting the 400-goal mark ain't exactly a pipedream.

At 36, he may find it a bit tricky to match Messi and Ronaldo's feats, but I'd not count the guy out just yet. He's continued to slay records, even several of Gerd Mueller's.

Going, Going, Maybe Gone?

If Robbie keeps scoring at his current rate, he might cement his place among Europe's all-time greats. I reckon he'll give Messi and Ronaldo a run for their money, even if surpassing them seems like a slim possibility.

But one thing's for sure, the bloody man's accomplished feats that most will never reach. From Poland to Germany's Bundesliga and now Spain's La Liga, the man's found success in every bloody place he's been.
