The ABC dance competition show "Dancing with the Stars" has returned for its 34th season, with a star-studded lineup of celebrities ready to take to the dance floor. The season 34 premiere was filled with excitement, as the contestants performed to their self-proclaimed anthems.

In the premiere, returning professional dancers Gleb Savchenko, Ezra Sosa, Britt Stewart, Val Chmerkovskiy, Daniella Karagach, Jenna Johnson, Pasha Pashkov, Alan Bersten, Rylee Arnold, Witney Carson, Brandon Armstrong, Mark Ballas, and Emma Slater were joined by newcomer professional dancer, Jan Ravnik.

Among the celebrity contestants for this season are Jen Affleck, Hilaria Baldwin, Jordan Chiles, Baron Davis, Alix Earle, Dylan Efron, Corey Feldman, Danielle Fishel, Elaine Hendrix, Scott Hoying, Robert Irwin, Lauren Jauregui, Karoline Leavitt, and Andy Richter. The full cast of Mormon Wives was in attendance to cheer for Jen Affleck and Karoline Leavitt during the premiere.

The show's co-hosts, Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough, returned to guide the audience through the night. However, regular judge Carrie Ann Inaba was unable to attend due to an illness, and no guest judge filled in for her. Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough were the only judges present for the premiere.

One of the highlights of the night was Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa's performance, which was scored a "seven" paddle by Bruno Tonioli but input an eight into the show's system, resulting in a 15/20 overall score for Chiles. Robert Irwin and Karoline Leavitt also scored 15/20 in their performance. No one was eliminated during the season 34 premiere, but a double elimination is scheduled for the next Tuesday's show.

The show will air and stream simultaneously on ABC and Disney+ on Tuesdays, with new episodes available to stream on Wednesdays on Hulu. Viewers can share the show on various platforms, including Facebook, X, Flipboard, email, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Tumblr, WhatsApp, print, or post a comment.
