According to reports, Tottenham Hotspur and Borussia Dortmund are the only clubs that have been explicitly linked with a move for the 25-year-old Frenchman.
Maxence Lacroix, a key figure in Palace's FA Cup-winning side, has caught the attention of these top clubs following a series of impressive performances. L'Equipe reports that Tottenham Hotspur are particularly keen on Lacroix, with the London-based club looking to bolster their defence after qualifying for the Champions League following their Europa League victory.
The German side Borussia Dortmund, too, has shown interest in Lacroix, adding another prestigious name to the list of clubs vying for his services. However, it is worth noting that, as of late August 2025, no other specific European clubs have been named as interested in Lacroix, with the available sources confirming interest from Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham but not listing additional teams pursuing him at this time.
Tottenham's new manager, Thomas Frank, is said to be keen on reinforcing his squad, with the departure of Eberechi Eze and Maxence Lacroix being a possibility. Eze, like Lacroix, is still receiving top-level interest, while Lacroix's compatriot, Marc Guehi, remains with Palace despite Newcastle United's interest.
