Want the inside scoop? Here's the skinny on Hessian properties invaded by the right-wing radicals!

You heard it right. The Hessian authorities have pinpointed six suspicious properties in the region being co-opted by these extremists. The housing takeover trend surfaced in various reports, with the Greens in the state parliament grilling the Interior Ministry for details. One such property is the Ludenbeck cultural center in the Kassel district, which has served as a hub for regional right-wing extremists since late 2020.

This axis of darkness even hosted a chilling "Winter Solstice Festival" at the Ludenbeck cultural center last December. Furthermore, in April 2024, a caretaker for the notorious Nazi war criminal Rudolf Hess gave a lecture there, sending chills down the spines of many.

Another troubling development unveiled by the Interior Ministry is the creation of the "III. Weg Support Point Kurhessen" inside the Richberg house in the Schwalm-Eder district back in March 2023. The III. Weg is a harmful micro-party with right-wing extremist leanings.

In the Kassel district, a commercial property is under the control of Klosterhaus Verlag, a publisher with a dark past. The publisher has been distributing literature from extreme authors for years, with a right-wing extremist at the helm who was convicted of spreading a brochure denying the Holocaust.

The State Office for the Protection of the Constitution (LfV) took a proactive approach to alert municipalities when they suspect properties could fall into the hands of right-wing extremists, neo-Nazis, or self-governing fanatics. They also cautioned cities and communities about the property searches by the now-banned group Königreich Deutschland, successfully preventing long-term use of objects in Hasselroth (Main-Kinzig district) and Frankfurt.

Unfortunately, the search results don't reveal concerns about more properties in Hesse being used by right-wing extremists. However, the ongoing concern about right-wing radicalism within political parties like the AfD continues to make headlines [1][3]. For more accurate and comprehensive information on particular properties or incidents in Hesse, consult local news sources or reports from Hessian security authorities.
