Louie Spence Expresses Interest in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

British dance teacher and television personality Louie Spence has shown an interest in participating in the popular reality show, I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!. However, there's no official confirmation yet from the show's producers.

Spence, who is 56 years old, previously took part in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, but had to quit the show after just 24 hours. He found the physical challenges too demanding, particularly a swimming challenge where he felt like he was "suffocating" while wearing a life jacket[1][2]. Spence also accidentally threw a grenade into a building during the show, which added to the tense situation leading to his withdrawal[2].

In contrast, Spence believes I'm A Celebrity involves more eating challenges than physical challenges, making it potentially less strenuous for him. He has also compared I'm A Celebrity to Big Brother, suggesting that he finds it more entertaining than Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins.

Despite his past issues with the Special Forces stars on Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins, Spence does not mention any problems with the potential cast of I'm A Celebrity. He also does not mention feeling too old or being the oldest recruit in the show. It's worth noting that one of the most famous participants in I'm A Celebrity, Caitlyn Jenner, is 72 years old.

The new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is yet to be announced, but with Spence expressing interest, fans are eager to see if he'll be a contestant. Rumours suggest that he might have to face eating kangaroo balls, a common challenge in the Australian-based show.

Given his past experiences with Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, Louie Spence anticipates I'm A Celebrity to be more entertaining, as he views it as having more entertainment-based challenges compared to physical ones. Additionally, Spence compares I'm A Celebrity to Big Brother, indicating his preference for the former reality show.
