This ballsy move to promote football's youth is courtesy of TuS 05 Sinsen, who ardently believe in the importance of nurturing young talent. The chairman of the club, Oliver Gentele, put it succinctly, stating, "Our passion for youth football is palpable. That's why we've pulled all the stops to become a support center."

Lo and behold, things moved at breakneck speed. Kai Timm, the commanding coordinator of the DFB support centers, paid a visit to the training facilities at TuS 05 Sinsen and graced his eyes on their pristine artificial turf pitch.
The ink barely dried on the contract between the city of Marl and the DFB before the initial training sessions of the U12/U13 and U14/U15 age groups kicked off. "Our mission is to guide these gifted young players on their journey to competitive sports right here in Marl," explains Kai Timm, flashing a warmed smile. "We reckon this place is perfect. I think some fantastic work is being done here. The search for the stars of tomorrow is now on!"
Training Every Monday
These pint-sized pros-in-the-making will be handpicked for the DFB talent development program in Marl-Sinsen, providing them an opportunity to hone their skills and game sense in a performance-driven environment. Three bona fide DFB trainers will lead the weekly training sessions from 5 pm to 8 pm every Monday. Around 50 kids and youngsters aged between 12 and 15 are already locked in and ready to make their mark.

The DFB Talent Development Program serves as the foundation of a systematic approach, committing to providing every football whiz a fighting chance to be discovered and propelled forward.
