Return of GastroBeats Food Festival: Savor Delicacies at Bayfront Event Space from May 29 to June 22
Singapore | Returning after a two-year hiatus, the eagerly anticipated GastroBeats food festival is set to captivate visitors from May 29 to June 22 at the Bayfront Event Space near Marina Bay Sands.
Following a media preview on May 27, expectations are high for this edition, which boasts a curated selection of food vendors, numerous photo opportunities, live music, and spacious seating. The event welcomes pets, making it an enjoyable outing for the whole family.
Notable brands returning to GastroBeats include Jett Barbecue, known for its Texas-style smoked dino beef ribs and smoked beef cheek tacos; La Levain, offering innovative sourdough pizzas with Asian twists; and Warabimochi Kamakura, showcasing exclusive kinako strawberry royale, kinako Hokkaido milk, and black sesame warabimochi.
In addition, visitors can look forward to discovering Golden Bao, a vendor specializing in handmade "Chinese roti," as well as fresh oysters from Slurp Your Oysters and hotpot in a cup from No Time Hot Pot.
Those seeking refreshments can indulge in the new Somersby Mango & Lime cider or a cold Carlsberg beer at the retro-style Carlsberg Kopitiam booth. Coca-Cola Singapore offers an Instagram-worthy section with opportunities for winning merchandise, personalizing drink cans, and saving $1 on beverages when purchased in conjunction with GastroBeats food stalls.
The musical experience Rewind Replay Remix: SG Edition (at approximately $20 per person, including a drink and a 30 to 45-minute session) promises an immersive journey through the retro, disco, and Y2K era.
