Lünen's Official Gazette Publishes Notice on Resident Data Disclosure
The City of Lünen published the 36th issue of its Official Gazette on September 12, 2025. The PDF document, titled "2025-36.pdf", can be found on the City's homepage or obtained for free from the town hall foyer, Willy-Brandt-Platz 1.
This edition contains a public notice concerning the right to object to the disclosure and transmission of data from the Register of Residents. The City has made it clear that affected persons may object to the publication and transmission of their data, and the procedure for doing so is indicated in the announcement.
The authority responsible for handling these objections is the registration authority (Meldebehörde). Residents who wish to object must submit their objections in writing or in person to this authority.
