Repeat drunk driver loses Lexus and license in Vladivostok crackdown

This was not his first offence—he had previously faced administrative penalties for refusing a medical examination. The defendant will serve no immediate jail time but must comply with probation terms. His Lexus has been permanently seized, and he cannot drive for two years. The ruling reinforces stricter penalties for repeat drunk driving offences in the area.
