Repeat clothing items hold mystical properties, according to model Suki Waterhouse, as she believes they amass unique powers every time they are worn repeatedly.

Suki Waterhouse, the British model and actress, has become the face of Free People's latest campaign, and she's absolutely smitten with the brand's boho chic aesthetic.

The campaign, styled by Alexis Asquith, features Waterhouse in a variety of looks that resonate with her personal style. One of her favourites is a look that resembles her on-stage attire, complete with faux fur-trimmed coats and red corduroy pants. Another favourite is a long dress paired with a belt and hat, reminiscent of the first shot in the campaign.

Waterhouse describes her style as nostalgic and vintage-influenced, with a preference for wearing vintage clothing. This alignment with Free People's creative ethos made her the perfect choice for the campaign. The Free People team trusted her to run with her ideas during the shoot, allowing her to feel at home and in her natural environment.

Waterhouse appreciates the freedom to play with clothing and different styles offered by the Free People brand. She finds dressing for stage performances to be a way to enjoy her fashion influences and dress as she has always wanted to. If clothing items such as tights rip or pants poke out of a leotard during a performance, Waterhouse believes no one cares. Instead, she sees these imperfections as adding to the authenticity of the performance.

Waterhouse was initially drawn to Free People for their basic clothing items, such as tank tops and t-shirts. However, she now owns some pieces that feel like classics to her, having been inspired to wear more long dresses and layered looks during the campaign. She believes the campaign captures what it feels like for her in the moments before and after a show.

As for the latest trends in nail art, this season sees six specific looks taking a backseat. Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence has been spotted making 'boring' jeans-and-tee outfits look chic this fall with a clever trick.

Waterhouse believes in rewearing her clothing and talks to her clothes as if they have special powers. She now feels a connection to Free People, and the brand's pieces have become an integral part of her wardrobe. With her influence and the brand's creative freedom, it's clear that the boho chic revival is in good hands.
