Here's a fresh take on the article:

Hey there! Romanian filmmaker, Corneliu Porumboiu, is gearing up to shoot his long-awaited comeback film after a gap of six years. Here's the scoop on this exciting project!

Porumboiu, who now calls France home, spilled the beans about his new flick at the Visions du Réel film festival in Nyon, Switzerland. The movie, currently in the casting phase, is expected to go into production by September, with ongoing financing.

The leading production house for the film is Lumen, a French company established last year by Juliette Schrameck, the former boss at MK2 Films. Interestingly, MK2 Films, the international sales agent for Porumboiu's last film "The Whistlers," is a minority producer for this upcoming venture.

It's worth mentioning that Mobra Films, the company of Cristian Mungiu, a Palme d'Or winner, and Komplizen Film, which collaborated on "The Whistlers," are also co-producers for this new film. However, Porumboiu's production company, 42 Km Film, is not involved in this project.

While the official title of the movie is under wraps, it was earlier known as "The Costume." And guess where our director has identified some fascinating locations? Just near his home in Biarritz, France! Porumboiu guaranteed that this movie will break away from his previous works.

Fun fact: Porumboiu's 2019 film "The Whistlers" was majorly shot on La Gomera island in the Canaries, featuring an ancient whistling language. His previous fiction features, such as "12:08 East of Bucharest," "Police, Adjective," "When Evening Falls on Bucharest or Metabolism," and "The Treasure," were all filmed in Romania and in Romanian.

So there you have it! We can't wait to see what Corneliu Porumboiu has in store for us with his new production! Stay tuned for more updates.
