It's a lot like eating too many marshmallows – you eat and eat, but you never feel full. Instead, you end up feeling sick. That's essentially how Instagram is – a never-ending bag of marshmallows that only leaves you feeling empty and nauseous.

Fortunately, I've learned the hard way that enough is enough. I refuse to continue throwing away my precious time on an app that offers nothing but distraction and stress. Here's to a future free from the grips of social media addiction and the negative impacts on my mental health and productivity!
