Rematch Announced: Mario vs. Peach Tour Featuring Team Rally's Return
Mario vs. Peach Tour Arrives in Mario Kart Tour
Get ready for a thrilling showdown as the Mario vs. Peach Tour makes its way to Mario Kart Tour! This special themed event pits players against each other on courses inspired by the beloved characters, Mario and Peach.
During the event, players can earn exclusive limited-time rewards such as unique Mario or Peach-themed characters, karts, and gliders. In addition, Grand Stars and coins will reward progression through the event's cups and challenges. Rubies and tickets can also be collected, which can be used to unlock or upgrade items.
Special challenges are expected, possibly in the form of tier ranking cups where players compete to earn ranking points and leaderboard rewards.
The Tour gifts for all players include Baby Luigi, Mario, Peach, and the Parafoil glider. Additionally, all participants will earn a special badge, rubies, and coins for playing. The Token Shop offers additional rewards for Team Tokens.
The Mario Pipe and Peach Pipe will be available from July 31 at 11 p.m. PT until Aug. 10 at 10:59 p.m. PT. High-End drivers Daisy (Yukata) and Shy Guy (Ninja) will be available from Aug. 3 at 11 p.m. PT until Aug. 10 at 10:59 p.m. PT.
If you have a Mario Kart Tour Gold Pass subscription, you can receive additional Tour gifts such as Baby Peach, Metal Mario, Pink Gold Peach, and the Peach Parasol glider. The Festival Girl and Jade Hop Rod karts are also available during the same period.
The event takes place on several Tokyo Blur courses, and players can choose to side with Mario or Peach in a Team Rally event. Team Points are collected by completing races, with supporting drivers finding Team Tokens on the track. Team Points are converted to Team Points after each race.
The goal is to collect Team Points, with the team that collects the most winning. If a player's team wins, their rewards will be larger. Premium Challenges offer Metal Mario as a reward.
Until Aug. 10, bonus rewards are available to celebrate summer, including select High-End drivers and up to 27 rubies from Summertime Challenges 2. Additional rewards can be found in the game.
The third course of every cup will be the favored courses for these new items during the Mario vs. Peach Tour. Players can collect and upgrade a variety of drivers, karts, and gliders to find the combo that will lead them to victory.
