The renowned Cooperativa Maura Morales has announced two exciting workshops taking place as part of the Tanzland program. These workshops are open to both professional artists and young individuals, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the artistic process and experiment with different disciplines.
Firstly, a workshop for young people will take place at the Bürgerzentrum Gahmen from 2 to 5 PM each day. Guided by Jelena Ivanovic (choreography) and Markus Stollenwerk (music), this workshop focuses on dialogue and the interaction of various artistic disciplines. Participants are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing, socks, and, if applicable, their own instrument. Applications for this workshop are accepted on a rolling basis, and registration can be made at kltrbrlnnd.
For those interested in a more advanced level, the "Pulse Lab #6" workshop will take place from October 2 to 4, 2025, at the Hansesaal in Lünen. This workshop brings together three musicians and three dancers in randomly assembled teams, focusing on the artistic process and experimental interaction of different disciplines. Professional musicians, composers, sound artists, choreographers, dancers, and performers are invited to participate. Applications should be sent to cmmmrmrlsd, with a deadline of September 25, 2025. It's important to note that while the workshop does not cover travel and accommodation costs, participants will be compensated for expenses.
The "Pulse Lab #6" workshop will culminate in a showing on October 4, 2025, also at the Hansesaal in Lünen. This event is open to all interested parties and is free of charge. The results of the workshop will be presented during this showing.
In addition, a free workshop for young people aged 12 to 18 will take place on October 23 and 24, 2025. For more information about any of these workshops, please contact the service office of the cultural office at 02306 104-2299 or visit www.our website/theater.
