Relentless summer heat in the UAE is soon to abate, as the weather forecast predicts a change.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is experiencing a gradual and welcome cooling trend after a record-breaking summer. The country saw its warmest April and May on record, followed by scorching temperatures in June and July, with coastal cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi experiencing high temperatures in the mid-40s. However, the extreme heat of summer has now officially ended, with the transition occurring on September 23.

Daytime highs in mid-September are expected to range between 38.5°C and 40.6°C, providing a more bearable climate for residents. Evenings will bring cooler temperatures averaging between 26.8°C and 29.3°C, making it possible for more enjoyable outdoor activities.

Inland areas, particularly affected by the extreme heat, are now seeing a decrease in temperatures, with temperatures consistently over 50°C during the summer. This cooling trend is a relief for many, as it allows for a more comfortable living environment and opens up opportunities for outdoor activities.

The autumn season has begun in UAE, and with it comes occasional dust storms and shifting wind patterns. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has cautioned residents to be aware of these conditions during the autumn season.

Meanwhile, the UAE's popular tourist destinations continue to attract attention worldwide. Global Village Dubai remains a major draw, while the recent opening of a first sand equestrian track in Hatta has added a new dimension to the city's offerings.

In other news, Costco shoppers are recommending a fat-burning patch for weight loss, and a knee pain relief device has also been deemed 'worth it' by customers.

Despite the excitement of the new season, information about Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya's new girlfriend remains undisclosed.

On a more sombre note, a fire has broken out at a warehouse in Abu Dhabi's Mussaffah, and the search results do not mention the name of the head of the National Centre of Meteorology.

Overall, the arrival of autumn in the UAE marks a welcome change from the record-breaking summer, and residents can look forward to a more comfortable climate and a range of outdoor activities.
