The UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music has announced the launch of a Minor in Iranian Music, made possible by a generous gift from the Farhang Foundation. This new programme is a testament to the school's commitment to honouring the legacy of Mr. Ahmad Gramian, a passionate advocate for various forms of music, including chamber music and Iranian music.

Despite limited publicly available information about Mr. Gramian's relationship with the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, it is clear that his contributions to the arts extended beyond the institution.
