Registration for the 16th district's elections in Regensburg remains open for participants
The Regensburg County Run, a popular local running event, has announced the dates for its upcoming training runs leading up to the main event. Here's what you need to know:
- The training run for Stage 8 of the Regensburg County Run will take place on August 26, starting from Kollersried and ending in Tiefenhüll.
- The next training run, scheduled for August 5, will take participants from Brunn to Waldetzenberg.
- Following this, on August 12, runners will embark on Stage 6 of the training run from Waldetzenberg to Hohenschambach.
- And finally, on August 19, the training run for Stage 7 will take place from Hohenschambach to Kollersried.
- The training run for Stage 9 of the Regensburg County Run will take place on September 9, starting from Tiefenhüll and ending in Mausheim.
For those interested in participating, online registration is available for the individual training runs of the Regensburg County Run. Late registration, with a fee of 100 Euro, is possible until August 31.
Course planner Daniel Wedekind invites everyone to training runs every Tuesday at 6 PM. It's worth noting that the shuttle bus offer, which provides two free shuttle buses for each training run, returning to the starting point, has been well-received, according to Wedekind.
The starting fee for the youth categories remains 59 Euro until the end of the registration deadline. Female ultra-runners pay 59 Euro, while male ultra-runners pay 85 Euro.
