In the upcoming gubernatorial elections in Krasnodar Krai, scheduled for September 12-14, 2025, residents of the region who are temporarily in Moscow have the opportunity to cast their votes. Here's a breakdown of the process for these voters:

  1. Registration To participate, Russian citizens aged 18 or older by the end of voting and registered as residents in Krasnodar Krai must have a confirmed account on the "Gosuslugi" portal.
  2. Application Submission To be included in the voter list, an application must be submitted through the "Gosuslugi" portal between July 28 and September 8.
  3. Verification The Central Election Commission of Russia will send a confirmation email after processing the application.
  4. Voting Venues In Moscow, 14 polling stations are set up in various locations, including "My Documents" centers, metro stations, and the Izmailovo Hotel Complex.
  5. Voting Procedure Voting is conducted using special electronic voting terminals (EVs), which resemble tablets combined with a scanner. These terminals are available at the designated polling stations.
  6. Cast Your Vote Citizens can cast their votes from 08:00 to 20:00 over the three days of voting.
  7. Anonymized Personal Data Personal data is anonymized to ensure privacy during the voting process.
