Fret not, though, as there's a modern replacement waiting in the wings. Beginning on July 29, 2025, you can dive into fresh waters at the new swimming pool in Sportpark Ost. Packing a punch with amenities, the new facility boasts:

- A kiddie pool for non-swimmers
- A teaching pool for schools, clubs, and courses

Your pre-purchased tickets won't go to waste. They can be utilized at both the city utility Wöhrd pool and the new pool in Sportpark Ost.
As for the catering, there's no need to ring alarm bells. The closure of the indoor pool won't affect the after-swim grub. The delightful Greek restaurant, Sakis Mezes, will stay afloat until the end of 2026, awaiting your raucous cheers and ravenous appetite.
