An Epic Journey Awaits

Stretching an impressive four kilometers (2.5 miles), this jaw-dropping roller coaster provides a thrilling experience from start to finish. With magnetic launching technology (LSM), expect your senses to be put to the test as you are launched upwards at blinding speeds.

According to a press release by the Qiddiya Investment Company, in collaboration with Six Flags, this revolutionary ride features a parabolic loop that delivers weightless sensations like no other.

In the press release, they also mentioned that the ride will offer space for up to 20 passengers, ensuring an intimate and exhilarating experience, providing breathtaking panoramic views of Six Flags Qiddiya.

Six Flags Qiddiya is set to feature an impressive lineup of 28 exhilarating rides and attractions spread across six captivating themes: Discovery Springs, Steam City, Twilight Gardens, Valley of Fortune, and The Great Fair.

According to the creators, Flight of the Falcon will make its home alongside the Sirocco Tower, the world’s tallest free-standing observation tower, in the heart of Thrill City.

The construction of this thrilling park began back in 2018, located around 40 minutes east of Riyadh.

The King and Queens of Record-Breaking Coasters

In the realm of record-breaking coasters, Intamin has built an unparalleled reputation, having designed the current record-holder: Formula Rossa, in Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This roller coaster reaches speeds of up to 240 kilometers per hour (150 miles per hour).

The world's tallest stand-alone roller coaster, Kingda Ka, also hails from Intamin's design archive. Located at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey, it towers an impressive 139 meters (456 feet) high.

Last but not least, Steel Dragon 2000 is the world's longest roller coaster, stretching an astounding 2.48 kilometers (1.54 miles). D.H. Morgan Manufacturing is the company behind this awe-inspiring creation, which can be found at Nagashima Spa Land in Kuwana, Japan.
