Reality TV Star Chris Hughes Consoles Emotional JoJo Siwa Following Perplexing Note from Partner
Things between Celebrity Big Brother finalist Jojo Siwa and partner, non-binary actor Kath Ebbs, had a slight hiccup when a message from home didn't meet Jojo's expectations.
Jojo, a 21-year-old TV personality, found herself in a turbulent start in the house after axed contestant Mickey Rourke was slammed for homophobia. But Kath, her partner, came to her defense, publicly calling out Mickey for his awful language.

Last night's episode saw Jojo open up about her identity, revealing she realized she is 'queer' rather than a 'lesbian.' In tonight's episode, she was moved to tears after sharing her confusion over receiving a message from Kath that was somewhat short on emotional warmth.
The housemates received letters from their loved ones, and Jojo's letter from her mother was read out loud by Chris. The message mentioned that Kath wanted to see Jojo when she got out. Although it was a sweet sentiment, Jojo found herself slightly upset by the content, admitting to Chris that she "didn't like" what she had heard, although Jack P. Shepherd tried to reassure her.
In the diary room, Jojo explained exactly what she meant. "I think I've tried to keep myself distracted from missing sweet Kath. I said goodbye to them at the airport, and it was a really hard goodbye," she said. "And then they were the last person I talked to before I gave up my phone for the Big Brother house. God, I love that little sucker. I do."
The Dance Moms star added, "I do have beef to pick with them [Kath] though, they didn't even say in the note that they love me. I will not let them live that down. I will say, 'where was my 'hi sweetheart', where was my 'I love you' where was my 'I miss you'?"
After her emotional confession, she spoke to Chris about the mixed feelings the letter had brought up as he comforted her. In an interview with People about her relationship with Kath, JoJo has previously said, "It's taught me so much about life. It's taught me so much about love and respect, and it's a beautiful thing."
