Legal disputes have erupted between cast members of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. The Bravo and Peacock reality series now faces off-screen drama involving Brian Pontarelli, his wife Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, and fellow cast member Beth Walker. The conflict centres on allegations of infidelity and a breach-of-contract lawsuit.

Viewers can stream new episodes on Peacock, where two subscription options are available—Premium with ads or Premium Plus without. Brian Pontarelli filed a lawsuit against Beth Walker, accusing her of breaching their contract. Walker, a medical aesthetician based in Cranston, later responded with a countersuit. The legal battle stems from claims that Pontarelli had an affair with her during filming.

Pontarelli has denied any romantic involvement with Walker while cameras were rolling. Meanwhile, he and his wife Rulla remain together, reportedly working through their marital issues.

The Real Housewives of Rhode Island airs on Bravo, with next-day episodes available on Peacock. Subscribers can choose between Premium (with ads) or Premium Plus (ad-free), the latter of which is also accessible via Prime Video with a seven-day free trial. The ongoing legal dispute adds real-life tension to the reality show’s storyline. Both lawsuits remain unresolved, while the series continues to air on Bravo and stream on Peacock. Viewers can follow the drama as it unfolds on screen and in court.
