After a meteoric rise to fame, Yung Filly (born Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos) now stands before the court on a multitude of criminal charges. His name, once a symbol of success and emerging talents in the digital realm, is now synonymous with scandal and accusations.
The series of charges against him started in October 2024 when he was accused of rape and sexual assault in Australia. Recently, Yung Filly has faced further charges, totaling four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of impeding a person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure on their neck. These new charges stem from an alleged incident on September 28, 2024, making this his third sundown in the legal world following his Australia tour.

Still, the details regarding this situation, including if Yung Filly has been formally charged in Spain, have not been fully disclosed as of yet.
Yung Filly has consistently denied all charges against him, pleading not guilty in his court appearances. His next trial, set to start on July 20, 2026, will be a ten-day affair where he will face the music for the numerous allegations leveled against him.
