In an unexpected turn of events, Portuguese rapper Plutónio was detained late on Friday night following a concert in Torres Vedras. The exact nature of the "minor offence" Plutónio refers to remains unspecified, as no further details have been provided in the initial reports.

According to the Morning Post, the 40-year-old musician was arrested in the early hours of Friday to Saturday and taken to the PSP station in Torres Vedras for questioning. The arrest warrant was executed in connection with a case of assault against a GNR military from Alcabideche.

Plutónio was formally charged at the station and later released, subject to a residence identity declaration. The news of his release was reported at 23:35. The rapper took to Instagram on Sunday night to deny the accusation, stating that the incident was related to a "minor offence".

This is not the first time Plutónio has found himself in legal trouble. In 2021, he was arrested and his residence was searched following allegations of illegal possession of a weapon. However, it appears that the current incident is unrelated to this previous case.
