The local Cebu Youth Artists Society, farmers, vendors, and volunteers have come together to coordinate the rally's security with the Philippine National Police.
Cebu, a vote-rich area with around 3.4 million voters, is strategically important for Pangilinan's bid to gain support. The governor's endorsement further strengthens his position in the province.
