Raising Cash through the 11th HALLIANZ Charity Drive
The city of Halle is gearing up for the 11th edition of the "Fit for Diversity" charity run, organised by HALLIANZ. This event, aimed at promoting a city that values diversity and inclusivity, will take place in the picturesque City Park, Halle, on September 23, 2022.
Over 800 runners, including schools, youth groups, clubs, running groups, and companies, are expected to participate in this year's event. So far, 14 teams have registered, and individual runners are also welcome to join.
Participants have the freedom to decide when and how much they wish to run, with the total distance of the run being 500 meters. Runners can seek sponsors among family, friends, or companies, who will donate a freely chosen amount per lap run.
The charity run aims to support local engagement and youth projects that foster democracy, openness, and tolerance. The event is accompanied by an attractive supporting programme, which includes the traditional mascot race, scheduled around 3 pm.
Registrations for this year's charity run are now open. You can register online or by phone (0345 200 28 10) until September 22, 2022. Visit the official registration website at http://www.hallianz-fuer-vielfalt.de/hallianz-spendenlauf/ for more information and to sign up.
