In a thrilling display of skill and strategy, Shifter Kart racer Luis Esser put on a stellar performance at the Schweppermannring in Bavarian Ampfing, Germany. The fourth round of the German Shifter Kart Championship took place on this 1063-meter-long track, which was a first for Esser.

Despite the track's fickle weather conditions, Esser demonstrated a mature race by avoiding risky situations in the final. His tactical prowess was evident when he made the right tire choice on a wet track, outclassing the competition under challenging conditions.

The race began with Esser securing the fourth starting position for the final, following his victory in the Super-Heat race. The Super-Heat race, it should be noted, is the race with the most qualification points ahead of the final.

Throughout the heats, Esser consistently held his own in the top 10, even in wet conditions. His persistence paid off when he finished the final in ninth place after 23 laps. While this may not have been a podium finish, it was enough to consolidate his seventh place in the DSKC championship.

Luis Esser's father, Thomas, was not overly concerned about his son's ninth place finish. Instead, he expressed satisfaction with Esser's overall performance, stating that he feels more and more comfortable in the Shifter Kart. Esser himself echoed this sentiment, expressing his satisfaction with his performance at the Schweppermannring.

Looking ahead, the fifth round of the German Shifter Kart Championship will take place in mid-August on the track in Kerpen. With his growing confidence and strategic acumen, Esser is surely a racer to watch in the coming rounds.

In the meantime, the DM final is scheduled for September on the track in Wackersdorf. Until then, fans can look forward to more exciting races from Luis Esser and the rest of the Shifter Kart Championship competitors.
