Radial teams with Gr4vy to revolutionize eCommerce payment flexibility
Radial, a major provider of eCommerce and logistics services, has partnered with Gr4vy to improve its payment systems. The move aims to give retailers more flexibility and better performance in handling transactions. Radial currently supports over 100 global brands, including Eddie Bauer, New Balance, and Staples, with its technology set to rebrand as Paxon later this year.
Radial specialises in helping large retailers manage high-volume online sales, covering payments, fraud detection, and returns. To keep up with shifting retail needs, the company wanted a payment orchestration solution that would fit smoothly into its existing setup.
Gr4vy's cloud-based platform allows Radial to connect and oversee multiple payment providers and methods without disrupting its current systems. The partnership means Radial can keep using its existing payment processor while integrating Gr4vy into its fraud prevention tools. This combination is designed to improve approval rates, reduce fraud, and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
By linking payments more closely with order fulfilment, Radial expects to streamline operations for its retail clients. The collaboration reflects a broader trend where payments are becoming a central part of eCommerce strategy rather than just a backend function.
The deal between Radial and Gr4vy will give retailers more control over their payment processes. Improved fraud detection and smoother transactions are among the key benefits. The changes will take effect as Radial transitions to its new identity as Paxon by the end of the year.
